Increasingly worried, The Fool makes his way down into the valley to see small groups of people gather around what appears to be the opening of a tunnel into the next hill.

One by one they disappear into its mouth. Some of them turn, wave and encourage him to follow.

He asks where they are heading and they tell him that it is the way of hope and possibility. He must believe them and all will be well.

As the only alternative is more climbing, he decides to trust them. The tunnel descends for some time before beginning to climb again.

Eventually a glow of light indicates its approaching end.
